Oh my my my what a wonderful fun time I had. I was so so excited to finally bottling my personal wine. Great experience very friendly and gracious staff. Lots of fun was has can't wait for my next trip. I made a white zinfandel and very happy with the way it turned out. My aunt and I went to Vintner's Whitby because they are the only location that carries the fantastic Sorrel wine. Sharon and Pernell are warm, friendly, professional and put you at ease. They very obviously care about thier customer's satisfaction. The entire process of placing the order, attending on the day and bottling our wine was very smooth. We enjoyed the process and even got to taste some other types of wine which will have us returning there in the near future! We highly recommend Vintner's Whitby and are very satisfied customers.

If you're considering making your own wine, coming to this location is a safe bet. The owners are above all very friendly, very knowledgeable on wine, there is a lot of clear information regarding the selection of possible wines to make and their characteristics, and the equipment for sanitizing bottles, pouring wine, corking and labelling is efficient and easy to access.I've come to this location several times and the various wines I bottled turned out great. People often ask me where I got the wine from, and I mention Vintner's cellar. You can also bring your own wine bottles so there's a financial benefit and environmental benefit (if you store your used bottles away somewhere).Overall, a great reason to leave LCBO behind (for wine reasons) due to significant cost savings, as well as a fun and memorable experience to enjoy. The huge quantity of bottles of wine can be enjoyed by you and used for gifts. The red wines should be aged a few years, but that is my preference, I guess you could drink them a few months after they've been bottled.On the coronavirus aspect, this establishment also has very few people inside at once, and both owners are masked all the time, and maintain their distance when possible.

This was my first time wine making and it won't be my last. The staff are warm and knowledgable. I high recommend going in and make yourself some wine. Thank you for the great customer service!
