Truck broke down in early morning and problem was discovered by mid afternoon. Solution was discussed and the preparation to repair vehicle has started. Very impressive. Truck has now had a transmission failure due to neglect from mechanics. Torque converter was faulty with the new transmission and they did not check out my concerns with vibration which now has probably caused part of this failure. When they changed the motor recently they had knocked off a sensor on this same transmission causing erratic shifting further damaging the transmission to this recent failure of no motion in drive or reverse. I need reliable transportation and I am not satisfied at all now as i had to rent a car to get to work. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE AT ALL.May have to get in touch with ford Canada
