Mary Brown's Chicken
I ordered from Skip the Dishes. Everything came fast and was hot. It was a good thing I ordered five chicken strips because they were tiny, and lacking half of their breading. I've never had Mary Browns so I don't know if this is normal. The fries seemed a tad underdone, hard in the middle, they might have been better if I had gotten ketchup with my order ( no option to add that on SkipTheDishes). Lastly everything was very very salty.

I waited waited 50 minutes for my food. At around 30 minutes I asked if they would just cancel my order, since they hadn’t started it yet, but they said no. Was not worth two pieces of chicken and fries.

Terrible quality, I love Mary browns and have had it in different places and have never experienced such terrible food. The potatoes were moldy and tasted like fish, the bun on the bottom was stale and hard, you can see where it’s greying on the edge. The mayo on the bottom was dark yellow, and the top was fresh. We called to complain but the manager wasn’t there so nothing could be done for us after us paying 60 dollars for our families food. I refused to give my kids their chicken because I just didn’t trust it after my food was so bad. We called back later and the manger was too busy to talk and would call us back and never did. Will never return to this location. I will continue to go to the other one in Edmonton that has the Newfoundland store attached.

Food is simply great as always. What's more unique is the server we had today. She is super nice, friendly, and helpful. Can't thank her enough for the warm welcoming cheerful attitude she offered

This is supposed to be a large poutine. Went in at about 7:30pm tonight to order take out. They gave my small poutine in a “large salad” container. I had to go back to get my salad because they forgot it. The gravy spilled all over the bag, soaking through it and I’ve been to Mary Brown’s many times, and I know the poutine comes in a black bottom, clear top resealable container. This was so disappointing. Will not return to this location.

I love this MB in Mayfield area. People working here are friendly and the chicken is so good. Although it's pricey now, I'd still buy MB if I'm craving for it.

I bought Mary Brown chicken many times in the past from the Jasper Gate location. Several months ago, they closed permanently. I went to Mary Brown at the Mayfield Common yesterday. I ordered 18 pieces of chicken only. I was so disappointed with the portion size from this location. There was only one normal size chicken breast and there were many small tiny pieces of chicken breasts. It looks like this owner cut each chicken breast into half or perhaps into a third for a bigger profit. These tiny pieces were smaller than the wings and drumsticks. The price of 18 pieces for $47.24 is expensive. I feel I didn’t get the value for the money spent on this purchase. I am sure the franchise standards are better than this.Don’t buy Mary Brown at Mayfield Common location, you will get rip off !!
