He created a digital report as he inspected, so nothing was missed or forgotten. The report was made available to me very quickly, and was easy to analyze and understand.He then went above and beyond to make me aware of which items were most crucial, expected timelines before other repairs/expenses might show up, and even gave me a general home maintenance schedule to help make a new home buyer like myself aware of how to make the most of the appliances and equipment in my house.I definitely recommend House to Home Inspections to anyone looking to get an honest evaluation of a house's condition, from a professional with years of experience in the construction industry!

Jered is awesome! He is very knowledgeable, thorough, amiable, and he will do a walk through with you at the end of the inspection. He is open and patient with any questions. He points out areas which may be an issue in the future and he gives specific advice on preventative steps you can take to prevent large expenditures of money down the road. Highly Recommend!

Jered is the man! He not only did one but three inspections for us! I was truly blown away by his attention to detail both in-person and in his digital report. Everything he does is real-time on his tablet, that really ensured that nothing got missed. I appreciate the cutting edge gear he provided with the package. We got the report back on each inspection the same day. He even offered to comeback to double check things, just because he's a good guy and wanted to make sure every single detail got recorded. (Sometimes, things are locked or hidden behind walls, and second visits can be needed). He also walked us through some of the bigger ticket items to make sure we understood those red flags. He was as PRO as can be. He was punctual and took his time to do a thorough, comprehensive inspection.
