Would've been a higher rate but since the new owners took over it's been slowly declining. But still ok. Lots of cameras n free wifi

When having an issue with washer the number to call doesn’t even have a machine to leave a message. I have wasted quite a lot of money with machines that won’t spin out a small load. Very disappointed

Seems to be enough washers and dryers. Need to make hours 24/7 would make it less busier during the day and for the people at night could do there laundry I bet if they made the hours 24/7 the they would make a quarter more of there profit. It's self serve anyways so why not make it 24/7

Needed to use their washing machine while mine got repaired. Change machine didn't take new bills so had to go to 7/11 and get change. Ran my wash and started unloading the machine only to find the clothes soaked still. Spin cycle did a terrible job. Had to hand ring then when I got home to dry. Not using them again.

Did average (not large) load in front facing washer, stopped during wash cycle, no way to get it through rinse. One dryer I put money in twice and it never even turned on to get hot. Had to use 4 dryers and WAY too much money. Upgrade your service. $20 bill had to get all quarters in change. Never coming back

Was not very clean, the floor was very dirty. A lot of machines were out of order. 2 days before I went there I phoned 6 times and my calls were never answered

Washing machine stopped working with my clothes still in it and full of water, no response from owners on any number …Half of machines don’t work, I guess I should’ve know better and went somewhere else
