Work across town had to leave work early to try and get to an appointment. Due to traffic I was a bit behind, I called to let them know and was told if I'm 10 mins late they are canceling my appointment. That's why I'm calling, to let them know I'm a bit behind, being respectful and trying to communicate. got there literally 11 mins late and they cancel my appointment. Staff was rude snd had no understanding what so ever l can't get my medication without a new prescription. They didn't care. Not a good family doctor, only cares about money and not there to help his patients.

The receptionist literally interrupted me three times with the span of 30 secs. I was just trying to find a doctor since this is my first time getting a new one. Don’t know how you get to see this doctor who is apparently really good, but this receptionist need to check her attitude.

Dr. Fred is an incredible doctor. He is great to talk to and he takes the time to listen. My husband and sister now see him and love him. A doctor who listens and encourages you to do some research is a keeper.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Fred for about 6 years and I have to say he is the best doctor we have been to, He is a keeper !! He is very knowledgable and takes the time out for his patients. A great family physician who is personable and intentional about the time you spend with him. He listens to you without interrupting and considers your input when coming up with a treatment plan. My quality of life has been greatly restored since I started to see Dr. Fred six years ago. Would highly recommend him over and over again.
