Edited: I had a frustrating experience with a home delivery order, and initially gave this location one star. They went out of their way to be certain that I was satisfied with the resolution of the problem. Good customer service is easy when the customer is happy; it's outright impressive when the customer is frustrated. I'm happy to change my review!Local delivery order was charged to my account but never delivered. The store didn't send delivery information, so I had no way of tracking it. I called the store, and the person I spoke with said she would call me back 'in a minute,' but she didn't call. With no help from the store, I eventually received my order, which had been delivered to the wrong location. Someone was kind enough to deliver it to me.

Went to check out the new location in Rothesay to get my dog Beau some detangler and the service was amazing. Not only do they have treats for a wonderful price by the cash register, however they went above and beyond for their opening and gave away a free tire toy- Beau LOVES it!
