Our previous propane supplier cut off our service without warning. When we called them for a fill-up they said they wouldn't get to us until sometime the next day, leaving us without heat that whole day. We called Guy Fuels and were set up with two replacement tanks within a couple hours. The service was friendly and we were really pleased with the quick delivery. Thanks Guy Fuels - you saved us!

I am a natural gas contractor in the city and rural area of Ottawa. I spoke with 2 women at guy Fuels named Kelli and Martine.Kelli ignored my email on safety issues I indicated by email. I did a fallow up email 7 days later and then Kelli finally replied when I Cc the owner.. Then once I knew I had a good email I called to confirm they received it so I can send a reply and delt with Martine the owners wife she said....Martine then said I was correct on all the issues but then said I had a heated argument with Kelli, I then told Martine that all my calls are recorded and that it's not truthful and that I have recorded calls just for this reason.. heated argument or not Martine you should of kept it professional and not mention anything else but just do your job... I don't care if your workers feelings got hurt as its my job to make sure things are done in a safe organised matter...Please do not use Guy Fuels they are unprofessional and are not safe.I told my customer to get another fuel distributor... call Stinson for simplicity...

I've been with Guy Fuels for about 10 years and they are great. Speedy delivery and very easy to deal with. Best test of service was when I ran out one of propane one cold winter. They were at my house within an hour to supply an emergency fill.

Having two cars, one using premium and the other regular, we find a big difference in the prices . Being billed monthly we are able to do comparisons to the cost of fuel in other parts of the country and there is a big savings for us.
