Karin was so amazing to work with. She was able to assist with everything and helped planned our wedding beautifully. My mother was so impressed with her and how attentive she was to me. Being that English isn’t my mother’s first language I felt so much less stressed knowing that my mother was able to communicate with Karin in Cantonese. We have nothing but great things to say about Karin! Initially, we weren’t sure about the need for a day-of/month-of coordinator.. but we were totally wrong. Karin helped us so much with tasks leading up to the day-of, including contacting and corresponding with all of our vendors, to helping us with scheduling and management of even the smallest things. She had great suggestions about things we had not considered but always made sure our desires were accommodated. On the day-of, Karin and Cristen helped make sure our day ran smoothly, and took care of anything that popped up unexpectedly. They kept everyone in the loop and they always checked in with us to make sure things were going according to how we wanted them. The day was absolutely perfect, and it would not have been without the help of Karin Wu & Co. There is really no better feeling than being able to just relax and enjoy the day of the wedding, and Karin made that possible. We would highly recommend Karin. She is professional, organized and excellent at her job, and made our wedding a stress-free experience.

Karin was our wedding planner for our wedding this past April and we worked with her for about 9 months. Me and my husband are both very busy people and Karin stayed on top of everything and kept us on track. The wedding turned out great and we loved how everything turned out! She's very detailed oriented, professional and friendly. Over the weekend I attended a wedding/reception in downtown Toronto that was organized by Karin and Kristan. Everything was done to perfection.It was without question 5 stars plus. I was rather impressed with everything they did. Every detail of the planning was covered. I was fortunate enough to have an opportunity to speak with Kristan and later in the evening had a nice chat with karin herself.
