Jim walked me through a repair that I thought was beyond my comfort level.I explained the problem and he confirmed my speculation and laid out how to complete the repair (including recommendations where to purchase parts he didn’t have available at the time).I just fixed what I thought was going to be an extensive and expensive repair, and the laptop is performing as good as new.I can’t recommend this store enough and will eagerly return for future repairs!Thanks Jim!
