From the very beginning, Ivy’s demeanor set up an enjoyable experience at the shop. It wasn’t hard to see that she is an extremely competent sales manager. Since it was my first time purchasing a car, I have to admit that I was slightly nervous. Ivy might have noticed my trepidation stepping into the dealership, because she provided an enthusiastic welcome. Her tone was a good balance between professionalism and warmth, which helped ease some of the tension that I was feeling. Throughout the entire stay throughout the shop, Ivy maintained her friendly demeanor and patiently provided guidance through each step of the process. If there are Uni-level Porsche courses Fredy is the straight A tutor you can count on. Not to mention the Finance manager Fiona prepared everything smoothly in an enjoyable timely fashion.
