I have been buying watch parts from H.& W. Perrin for many years. They have always been very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Their crystal department does an unbelievably great job cutting crystals. They are very fast, you get the cut crystals and watch parts within just a few days.All employees seem to have worked there for many years and know their stuff. The folks at H & W Perrin are always professional and prompt with inquiries. They always seem to surprise me with their vast supply of watch parts and have helped me out many times in a pinch.Whether it be tools, supplies, parts, suggestions or their fantastic crystal department, I have been using this company for years and will continue to do so for many more.I was not asked to post a review of any sort, I just like to give credit where credit is due!

I have carefully read the reviews before buying from this company. Bumped into a curious one that seemed pretty negative, regarding a watch Crystal that did not fit on this man's case. Well, after thoughtfully concluding that Perrin was right and one shouldn't force what doesn't fit. I have myself in the past, unintentionally broken an item here and there and would've rather felt very ashamed to claim or point at someone else for my faults.Back to topic: My five stars goes for reliable service, and availability of items otherwise hard to encounter elsewhere.

I have a Seiko Solar Chrono, it's a beautiful watch but the solar cells are really difficult to get and very expensive. I was able to find the cell for my watch at Perrin H&W for a very reasonable price and it was a genuine Seiko part. Shipping was quick and I got my watch running again.

Hobbyist here attempt to fix watch, I've ordered a few things via the website but then had to call in for some parts not listed, these people are super nice and take their time to explain and answer you questions as you can imagine being a hobbyist, I don't always have the smartest questions! I ordered from these folks for 35 years, and my father before me. Their service was virtually always flawless, and I usually got the parcel the next day. One of the things I miss about the trade is my weekly order to H & W Perrin!

Honest folks. I was referred to them by the German Watchmaker watch repair shop in Vancouver. I had an old ‘61 Omega Seamaster, and I was looking for an original crown replacement. While they didn’t have the part, they let me know what exact part I needed so I could continue my search elsewhere. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them the next time.

Yesterday I had a watch that was missing the crystal. Perrin took it in, fit a new crystal (at a very reasonable price) and sent it back to me. I couldn't believe it when I opened my mailbox and discovered it arrived today. It's on my wrist now and it looks terrific. I'd say it was worth the wait" but Perrin didn't make me wait at all. Super speedy service."

Very Greedy, Cheap never admit when they make mistakes.Previously I bought a Generic Rolex watch crystal from SOMAL. It comes in a package with a High quality Sapphire Crystal and the matching Gasket for $35. Somehow the lady broke the crystal in a couple of months. This time I decided to buy from Perrin Mistakenly assuming that it may be better. Priced at 44 and Gasket sold separately from different vendor probably. I received the parts end of December. By the way I am a Certified watchmaker European trained with Over 52 years of experience. I attached the crystal to the Gasket, all okay attached the gasket with the Crystal to the case Okay Tried to install the Bezel around NO WAY AS The Gasket is slightly bigger and the Besel doesnt go smoothly in about a Third of the way so you can press it all the way with the Proper press. I assumed maybe is a bit tight so assuming the Experienced supplier" gave me the "Correct" Gasket I tried to Press it. The Crystal chipped.... I removed the Gasket and measured it and compared with the NOT so old one an noticed that the PERRIN Supplied on was Slightly Thicker enough to cause problem. I believe the Unqualified Minimum Wage Slaves that work there Don't know that a few Tenths of the Millimeter on a Rolex Crystal will be an issue!!! Unlike SOMAL's Generic one that just went like a CHARM. I called the Loser in the Morning and told me I Buy on my own Risk and No Warranties Apply.So Keep in mind next time you buy from these guys.The name I supplied is an ALIAS to protect the innocent But I have all the proof and can confirm with a Qualified Watchmaker that PERRIN WAS AT FAULT..I will be Buying from America
