Dr. Eugenie Mackay is amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable and time efficient! My mom needed gum surgery and some extractions asap and Dr. Mackay and her team took the extra time and steps to accommodate my mom’s needs. Highly recommend her and her team. At DOCS you are surrounded by professionals that really care for your health. They are gentle and friendly, making any stress you may have go away. I was referred to Dr. Hamburg for a root canal in an upper first molar, which is the most difficult tooth to have this procedure done on. (My regular dentist will do a root canal on any tooth except the 2 upper first molars.) Dr. Hamburg explained everything as he proceeded. He was very aware and caring of how I was feeling. Even though I requested and received only half of the dose of freezing that he suggested, I didn't feel a thing. I highly recommend this personable, efficient, and skilled dentist, Dr. Lyon Hamburg.

I had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Hamburg. Prior to staring the work he clearly explained what was going to be done. During the procedure he kept me informed of each step. Dr. Hamburg and his assistant were well organized and the procedure went well. I received a follow-up call later in the day to check on my condition. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hamilton to anyone requiring a root canal procedure.

Just had a root canal done yesterday with Dr. Hamburg and his team and everything went great. I hate going to the dentist but yes, a root canal and it was great! No discomfort during or afterwards. I did not need a single aspirin.Dr Hamburg, the anesthetist, the nurse and the administrative staff were all super professional and I would highly recommend them.

Dr. E. MacKay and her team were extremely efficient and completed the periodontal surgery in no time at all. Much care was given to instructions before, during and after the procedure as well as allowing time for my questions. Overall, an excellent experience.

My experience at GumDocs has been very positive, from the initial appointment to the day of the procedure and after. The day after the procedure I got a call to check up on me which I very much appreciated and I went in after two weeks for a check up with my Dr which went smoothly. I was told that that the check up was even covered with the cost of the procedure to my surprise. Overall, this was a very positive encounter and I highly recommend you guys. Kudos for a job well done!

Although I am an extremely nervous dental patient, everyone at DOCS, especially Dr. Lyon Hamburg, were extremely patient with me. Dr. Hamburg was very thorough and took great care to explain each step of my roof canal procedure in order to try to alleviate my anxiety. I was reassured by his calm, precise and professional yet sympathetic demeanour.

I have never been to a dentist office that has made me feel so comfortable and safe. Even 24 hours after the surgery I have no swelling or discomfort. Everyone from the anaesthesiologist to the nurses that did the preop and postop care. It was amazing, I don’t anticipate ever suffering from periodontal, trauma, ever again,. Honestly, I can’t wait to go back from my follow up appointment and my implant and any additional work I will have to do I will do at that location..Dr. Waldorf and dr. Fitzgerald are amazing.
