While the delivery and pick up of the pod went fine. I scheduled for the pod to be delivered at the secondary address and the whole experience was horrible. They never told me what time they were coming and woke me up at 7 to let me know they were 20 min away. It had snowed, and I didn't have time to go clear the snow in the secondary address and had to rush there. If it weren't for my neighbors who helped me, I would have been stuck!I called PODS to complain and they only just apologized. Since the pod was delivered" they can't do anything. But it was only delivered because I was under stress and rushed to get things done because of their inability to communicate. Will definitely never work with them or recommend them ever again."

So far we have had nothing but problems from the customer service side of things. I booked the delivery date then had to make a chance so I did I online. Got the confirmation email and everything. Now they are delivering my pod 2 days before what I booked during a time when their customer service desk is closed. Do not recommend as this has been nothing but a stressful experience. Driver was nice tho

Good value and the best timing. We moved from West to East so PODS gave us the best timing and cost.

If I could give ZERO star I would. They were not “able”, or so they say, to store the pods in my neighbour’s driveway so they had to store it in my driveway. PODS changed the delivery window the day of the delivery, the day for the pick up they didn’t give my neighbour a window time so she had to wake me up before 7:30am to move my car out of the driveway. PODS has poor communication, poor drivers, poor services. Of course they deliver pods before their customer service line is even open. I wouldn’t recommend PODS to anyone. I rather suggest you do business with Cubeit as their services were excellent from the coordination, to the delivery, and pick up of my move in 2021.**EDIT**My neighbour contacted PODS and customer service apologized without any reparation or compensation for them dropping the ball on their services for both drop off and pick up. I’ll also end by saying ow bad of a company do they have to be to affect people that aren’t even customers…

If I could give a 0 I would. I feel like I've been ROBBED by a major company. They give you a quote that is apparently only for the initial pod drop off (which they don't tell you) then charge you another 50% of that again to get your items returned to you! For the price I paid I would have been better off getting a moving company. I've tried to get customer service on this matter but they say there is no guarantee anyone will get back to me"... I honestly feel like I have been scammed. I will be encouraging everyone I know to avoid this company completely.*update regarding the condescending google review response from "the owner"... Never sent any documents regarding being charged more than once. I have since been sent "the document" that I've never seen or consented too by an employee 'personal email'. I don't need to be walked through HOW you took money from my credit card without my consent

Chris is a realy good guy. He take care of everything and was realy comprehensive with the emergency situation. We realy appreciate the service. 10/10.

Zero customer service. Agents offline on website chat, no agents on their phone lines (waiting an hour so far, second time I've tried calling cuz who has time for that) also– when you login to the account they don't provide an option to cancel. So if you need to cancel, it's NOT FUN.

4.5 would be my reading. Need more latch points/rings for bungees, rope and ratchet straps in the pods. Good customer service when rebooking becomes required. Drivers were good and delivered the stuff gently.

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!!I’d give this company a ZERO if google would allow. I was on the phone with them and was met with the following:1. Unprofessionalism because in the background I could hear a cacophony of laughters and conversations AND the lady tried to offset her responsibility to contact a coworker onto me. Truly ridiculous of her to not email HER OWN colleague about my case. Their lack of organization amongst workers on a case baffles me. We are 2023, cc or bcc people on an email is super efficient and effective.2. Discrimination of marginalized groups. I was met with my requests being diminished constantly. I had to keep asking the same questions. In which their responses were so generic as though they don’t bother to listen.

We rented a POD during our kitchen renovation. The drop off and pick up alleviated additional stress, as I was able to load/unload, as well as access, my good throughout the reno as the POD was stored on my private property.
