Travis and crew did a great job giving our giant cottonwood a serious trimming. From over 100 ft down to about 65 ft.

I had high hopes. I hired the service to remove the trees from my property. Travis came and gave me a good bid and the reviews were great. They canceled the first time they were supposed to come and rescheduled and never worked more than a 5hr day which was odd. The job went well until I left home.The minute they thought we were both gone they scooted off with three loads of my wood. Wood I intended to heat my home with and will now have to purchase. When confronted with this and told to return the wood or pay what it was going to cost to replace, the attitude started. Not with the gentlemen who worked for Travis, but with Travis himself. I was informed that he was 1,000% sure I told him to take ALL my wood. If I didn't have a wood stove or 7 acres of property which to store it on perhaps. But even then, I would have sold the wood to recoupt my money spent. I would NEVER have told the guy, wait until I am gone and take two cords of wood". From that time on I was ghosted by Travis. They didn't bother to finish the job and have never bothered to even offer a receipt for a job we paid UP FRONT $6

Excellent work. Had an old poplar tree that lost some limbs in big windstorm. Came out and gave reasonable estimate. They dropped the broken limbs and some dead limbs in tree and then chipped limbs and cleaned up area. Will be back in fall to completely remove tree. Would definitely recommend.

Great guys and experience. It was a true pleasure having them take care of one of our river maples in Weiser.

We were concerned over several large branches that hung over our home. We called Pioneer and caught them just as they were finishing another job. They came within an hour to bid our job, then did the work the same day. They took away the wood and debris, leaving the yard devoid of evidence that there had been any removal done at all. We were very pleased with their service and would recommend and use them again.

Very nice people to deal with. Have a branch hanging in our tree from the last windstorm that is about ready to fall in our driveway and they scheduled someone to come out to take a look at it for us.They came out within a week and took the tree down for us due to the fact that it had elms disease.Nice group of guys, very professional.

The guys were awesome! Came out, gave an estimate, informed us about our tree structure and what he would suggest on keep or remove. They were on time & great to visit with. Had 1 tree down and 3 trees trimmed in about 3 hours, plus split wood that was sitting there. We would highly recommend their service to anyone. Thank you so much!
