Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport

Nice hotel, very up to date with clean rooms and an excellent restaurant/lounge.Hotel location is great for airport access and if you are wanting to be north of Kelowna but not ideal for those wanting to be close to Downtown Kelowna or West Kelowna

Only negative is soap products provided are scented WAYYYY too strongly. I wish hotels would recognize that mild or NON SCENTED is preferred by some (many?) guests. Loved the comfy bed linens.

I stayed here last November when I visited Canada for the first time and was so pleased that I chose to stay here again on the trip I took last week. The hotel itself is super nice, yet super affordable. For as beautiful as it is decorated, for as well-kept the rooms are, and for as many amenities that are available, the price is awesome. The staff is incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful. It is conveniently located next to a gas station, a few stores and restaurants, and the Kelowna airport. They also offer a shuttle service to the airport, which is great. Aside from that, coming from someone who lives in a relatively flat area, the view of the mountains surrounding is absolutely beautiful, and so refreshing. This place is fantastic and makes it so easy to relax and enjoy your stay.

Very affordable and decent hotel. The rooms are good enough for what the hotel is and it's location. Parking is free as long as you're a guest and the restraunt in the hotel is very convenient. We had awesome service from Harman at the front desk of the hotel and Lauren at the restaurant.It would be great if you could open up a window in the rooms. It gets a little stuffy in there.4 stars and I'd definitely stay here again.

Always had good experiences here in the past but they've disappointed me tonight. I arrive to check in at 11:30pm to find out they've oversold the hotel and now I need to stay at a hotel 15 minutes away from the airport that they've paid for (thanks?) Maybe a call or email ahead of time if you're going to sell my room to someone else so I at least have the chance to book a stay at the Hampton Inn and not get moved away from the airport?? I was also told that the hotel I was being sent to had shuttles to the airport which wasn't true , they use a 3rd party that needs 24 hours notice. What a nuisance , and a great way to be rewarded for 5 years as a Gold member. Won't be booking here again unless I have to.

I write this at 3am being unable to sleep all night due to all of the noise. The sound deadening in these rooms is atrocious. I can/could hear the cars outside (window is closed), the people on the floor above having some evening fun, the people walking and talking (normally) in the hallway, and the room next to me using the washroom. It's not like I'm sitting here waiting for noises to complain about either, it's just that loud in the room.The bed is comfy and the location is convenient, but if you can't sleep in a hotel due to the noise, is it even worth getting a room?

Had a great stay here, the staff are super nice and accommodating.The restaurant, pools and gym are great too.Try good convenient location across the highway from the airport.Will be back!

Nice inside, restaurant has fair/common prices, good size meals and all tasty. There’s absolutely nothing in the area to walk to or look at. Would be nice to have something to do at the hotel besides the restaurant due to this.After the reply from hotel we came back again. I wanted to plan my next day as our flight was late so asked the desk about the shuttle and things to do. I was told to come back in the morning. I went and had a shower, washed my hair and then found the conditioner pump empty. I know these wall pumps are more economical for hotels but it seems there’s no real checking of how much is left. I can’t call reception for more when I’m half way though washing. This was really annoying. Maybe move to refillable? I couldn’t even get the lid off to try and tap the last bits out. The next morning we went to the desk and was advised the shuttle could drop us to a bus but the bus needed coins for a ticket. This doesn’t help us. We could use a taxi instead if we wanted. I still believe hotels which are buoy next to airports to help people between flights need more entertainment. We’ve found a pool today but would really love a connection to downtown available on day an hourly basis. Even if you had to book in. This would be a great addition.

This conveniently located hotel is located across the highway from the Kelowna airport, about halfway between Kelowna and Lake Country. The accommodation was very comfortable. I liked the blackout curtains in the room; they were very effective. The room coffee is not great but there is brewed coffee available in the lobby. A small pool and hot tub are available indoors. The staff were friendly and helpful.
