I had a very positive experience getting my account updated over the phone. I didn't wait long. Every experience I have had in person with Coast has been pretty positive so far. I like how the website is now and the rewards system and promotions and I think it's great that such a small program has many point redemption options and transfer partners. The only downside is that there aren't that many hotels across Canada.

i am sick and tired of coast hotel using cold calling techniques to bother people at home on their home phones ... do not stay at any coast hotel until these practices stop .. i have notified the BBB about this ... i wanted to give zero stars but the system wont let me

Horrible service and they scam their customers by getting bank details from signing up for their website!! Don’t do it!! I had over $200 taken from my debit card with no indication of why or any correspondence of email for reservations or bookings and they took money from my debit days later. Will not respond or refund me the money. I have proof that there was no explanation or confirmation from the hotel before and after they just took money from my card.

Husband and I stayed Monday to Friday for about 7 weeks thru Work Safe, B.C. at the Capri. Was super. Some room issues, but all people involved in our stay wonderful. We live in a very small" town about 90 minutes from Kelowna. While at the Capri I fell in love with the aloe body lotion in our rooms. Have bought from Chilliwack as I have family there. Imagine my surprise when we ventured out all the way to Kelowna last Monday and could not buy any lotion. Soooo disappointed. Love this stuff. Alexis."

So disappointed, I had made a reservation that was unable to keep due to weather conditions and the hotel would not even help to switch my stay to a different date. This lack of customer service has made us clear to me that they are not interested in quality customer service

They deserve some recognition to the truly valiant effort they make in providing upstanding customer service. Hospitality at its finest the only shame its behind a desk. This is a true spokes person that upholds what Coast Hotels should strive for. If you had even a fraction of her enthusiasm embed into the rest of the staff the results would limitless. We believe she has shown true concern and made amends in every way possible. Amazing only begins to describe this truly exceptional individual.
