5 Star?! I don't think so. I booked an appointment for an estimate for new gutters for both my house and my garage. No one showed up at 8am, as pre-scheduled, I never got a call saying no one would show up. After I called to enquire, I was advised by the wife that the owner was on his way to Saint-John for an Emergency. I expressed that I would have appreciated a phone call or else I could have waited around all morning or day, not knowing about the no show, or the reason. The end result was the owner calling me to let me know I didn't have to be around holding his hand for the estimate, that he didn't set an appointment for 8am and attempted to have a confrontation or argument with me because I wasn't pleased with their lack of communication and lack of professionalism. Avoid this company is my advice!
