My wife had a bad experience at this location. After speaking with the owner, he agreed that the service was below company standards and promised to make it right. Since then there has been no communication from him and he has failed to return my calls

In 5 years of bringing my vehicle to them and asking them to do what is necessary for a long trip. They never once thought to change the air filter never mind even look at it . They did several oil changes over the years . Finally changed the transmission fluid when I mentioned it was sluggish.

My third time here is further proof I have heard from others that they are the most reasonable mechanics in the city. Normally I avoid chain type places, but not in this case. Mike went way above and beyond the call of duty when I really needed my car in a bad way. I would look no further if you want an honest mechanic with integrity. AAAA+++

I had a significant serpintine belt issue while passing through Penticton (I drive a VW Jetta, the belt tensioner had been lost along with the belt). The incredible team at Midas in Penticton had the part ordered and installed by the next day. I'm grateful for their expertise, they were wonderful to deal with! Highly recommend!

Excellent service and fair prices. I have been taking my vehicles to Midas Penticton for years and the staff are great to deal with. Discount coupons available on the website for tires and oil changes. Who doesn’t love a coupon!

Midas went above and beyond for me today. I called in last minute as my AC stopped working and I didn’t want to make the long trek back to the coast with no AC. They got me in and out with working AC in under 1.5 hours.Thank you!

Just had winters installed and an oil change. Midas in Penticton is a hidden jewel I keep forgetting about, but not any more. I bought my new winter tires online. They put these on my 2nd set of rims, changed everything and did a synthetic oil change. Total price $225 taxes in and had all the work done in less than two hours. Wonderful friendly staff. My new go to for car maintenance.
