We are beyond happy with the work done by Stronor Bathworks!After we purchased our home, we discovered the previous owners had done a poor job when creating an ensuite bathroom. Our biggest concern was the bathroom pipes froze in the winter, which could pose a serious hazard to our home. We called Stronor Bathworks, and Ross came over to source the problem. We found there had been many mistakes made by the previous contractor, including a lack of insulation causing a draft and multiple plumbing errors. The correction required a complete reconfiguration of the bathroom, fixing the plumbing under the floor and moving the shower to the opposite side of the space. The end result is phenomenal! Ross gave us a very realistic timeline for how and when this could be done, and guided us through the steps of sourcing new bathroom finishes. Ross, Dave and his team were outstanding – the skill and level of detail they put into making our bathroom safe and up to code was incredible. They were very pleasant to work with, and very accommodating to last minute changes and ideas. They also went above and beyond to help us fix an unrelated outdoor plumbing issue without hesitation! We highly recommend Stonor Bathworks, and plan to use them again for any future bathroom renovations! Recently Stronor Bathworks completed a full reno of our bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with the results. As this was our only bathroom, time was critical. They completed the job on time and within budget, even after we requested they complete extra things above and beyond the original scope of work.Ross, Dave, Ryan, Will and Brayden were hard-working, respectful and professional.
