We had such a great time learning how to make stained glass. Fadia and Akram were very patient with our group and helped us newbies create a little piece of beautiful stained glass. Thank you!

I also wished I had read the reviews before my contractor referred this company. All I needed was an old door sandblasted and they charged me $800 and did a terrible, sloppy job. When requested politely to fix, the owner screamed and hung up. Such a shame. Was trying to support a local business. Will never use their services again and make sure my friends and clients know the same.

I think the selection is poor, service is worse. The owner did not acknowledge me until 10 minutes after I entered his shop. A 'hello' might have been in order. I bought some shards and the owner charged me as if it were an intact sheet. I spent close to $200 and when I checked my receipt afterwards, I realized I was charged an extra $20 for some unspecified item. I went over every item and can only surmise that I was taken advantage of. Really, it pays to read Google reviews - but I cannot abide dishonesty. Buyer beware, indeed! Needless to say I will not be returning. Nor should you.

I did the millefiori pendant course, it was very enjoyable. The instructors and the fellow students made the course very interactive and social. The instructors were very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend it.

I spent a Friday evening here with a group of friends. Fadia and Akram were very warm, welcoming, and patient with our large chatty group. We all left with a lovely piece of art.

I ordered a groupon for jewelry workshop at Glass Mosaic Canada as a birthday present for my friend at the end of September. Since then, I have had nothing but trouble when dealing with the company. First, I called to try to book the reservation (assuming we could do it any day as it does not say otherwise on the groupon, which is the reason I bought it). Then, when I called they said that the workshop was only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays so when I picked a day they then changed their story and said the workshop was only actually offered on Dec. 13 and Feb. 7. Reluctantly, I decided on Dec. 13th.On Saturday, my friend and I showed up at the workshop only to find out that a) we would actually have to come back another day to pick up the products we made in the workshop (this is also not listed on the groupon and I would not have purchased it had I known as the business is located in an inconvenient place for me) and b) they were charging an additional $45 on top of the original $49 I had paid. This was supposedly for the materials. However, it is not worded as such on the groupon. On the groupon it says each pendant would be $12-$15, but that you may" create up to three - not that you HAVE to create three or pay an extra $45. We asked the business owner about this because the groupon did not say any of this and we were simply told "This is Canada. You have to read the fine print." He also suggested that if we were unhappy

Team building event with a stained glass workshop. Everyone loved learning about the art technique and having their own stained glass item to take home. For individuals who had never done it before we all walked away with a piece of stained glass we could enjoy. There is a variety of options to choose from (fish, birds, flowers and animals) so everyone found a pattern they liked. Akram was very helpful and patient, and had lots of stories to share. Overall everyone was happy with the event. We had a few laughs. I’m from Vancouver so coordinating the event did take a few phone calls/emails but once setup went smoothly.

Business Owner Needs Some Lessons in Customer Service. So incredibly rude and unhelpful. Thankfully the female instructor is lovely and more than makes up for his unprofessional customer approach. We bought the Groupon 2-for-1 glass jewellery making workshop - there is some fine print that I wish I knew ahead of time, including: the tax is NOT included in this cost, you'll have to pay the tax when you arrive at the shop, some of the shown styles are NOT included in the cost - if you want something a little larger it's another $10 (plus tax), you don't get to take the finished piece with you the day of - you have to go back four days later and pick it up, and there's NO chain/cord included, you are ONLY getting the pendant. In short, I quite like my pendant, but I'm not sure it was worth the money, or the poor customer service.

I placed an order for mosaic supplies, that included a bottle of glue. The glue arrived completely congealed and unusable. I emailed requesting an exchange or refund and received no response. Then I called and was told that it was my fault for ordering it in the winter - the owner tried to tell me that it said so on their site - it doesn't say anything like that - I was looking at it while he tried to tell me this! He said I should have ordered it in the summer, and that it was my fault for receiving an unusable product from them.After more discussion, he offered to give me an equivalent discount on my next order. When I asked him to send me a email to confirm the discount, he got upset and said that was way too much administration - that the offer was off the table and hung up!A true masterclass in how to lose a customer over a $10 bottle of glue!!!

We did a 2hr stained glass class and enjoyed it a lot! Fadia was an amazing teacher and made sure that our art was exactly how we wanted it. For the 2hr class they have some existing templates but they will make the colours whatever you like.We will definitely be returning, thanks for a wonderful time!
