Sherri the leasing agent is absolutely amazing! Went above and beyond for me when I was moving in, allowed me to move in early and got everything set up almost immediately. Staff is very professional very clean and is a well organized building. I highly recommend this place for anyone! Units are spacious and modern with all appliances. People in this neighbourhood are very friendly and polite. Pets are welcome!

Sherri the leasing agent has been nothing but helpful! I’ve had a great experience along the entire way. No complaints with response times for issues so far. The apartment is lovely and I’m really enjoying my stay at Heritage Heights.

We moved here 2 years ago and are really happy to live here. The manager (Neeraj) is super nice, friendly and professional. The common areas get cleaned every day - the cleaning lady works really hard! I wanted to thank all of you for your friendly and hard work!

I have been trying to get hold on the management from last month as I need to renew my lease. No one is answering the phone call , left messages so many time. Didn’t hear anything back from the management . This is not fair at all . But if it’s urgent for someone!

Have lived here a year and a half now and love it. Very spacious condos with great floor plans.Having on-site management and maintenance is huge and they both work extremely hard to keep everything running as smoothly as possible for everyone. They work very hard and go above and beyond whenever needed.Highly recommend Heritage Heights. Great community - friendly people.

I had a wonderful experience with Alanna. Who helped with our onboarding professionally and very nice woman. She is awesome and very friendly.

We have been misguided by Management of heritage heights.Things are not going smooth since Neeraj Naidu has taken over. He is acting like Hostel Warden.We have been promised free wifi while signing for a lease, and now heritage heights isn’t renewing their wifi contract with sasktel.Due to that reason we had to sign up for new wifi connection and w we end up paying 70$ extra per month.There is no after service once u signed a lease..Sherri is very nice, but Neeraj has no value for customers. I doubt that people will renew their leases going forward..

We had a terrible experience here. I wish I could give it zero stars.In terms of the building itself it was built very poorly. The elevators are often not working. We had people sleeping in the lobby at night. The building next to us had a huge flood during the winters coldest week - Check it out in the Saskatoon news.The management was awful. I was not getting my deposit back after contacting the management team many times. I finally posted a bad review here and one on the RMS building page. I then cold called the company and connected myself to the first person on the list. After a few days I got my money back. Seems like a lot of work to get back a deposit I deserved... We had another situation where there was some damage to our vehicle in the parking lot. The manager told us he didn't know how to use the security cameras so he wouldn't be able to look into it for us.Needless to say, we broke our lese early. Never rent here.

I’m totally disappointed with Heritage Heights. Don’t lease it ever. Yesterday there was water breakdown at my apartment. I was trying to call each and everyone from management but no one answered till 45 minutes. All my household things got damaged. I know how hard it was for me to move all my stuff to my sister’s apartment without any cooperation from management. It was just like a bad nightmare for me. They did not offer any space at that time to adjust my stuff. I have been calling them since last two weeks regarding heat issues, no one even came to figure out the exact problem, just offered heater. Even water supply doesn’t work properly in winters.
