Below is my story about how Sherry at Better Vision went above and beyond to give me the best customer experience I have ever had.I came into Better Visions and Sherry immediately helped me chose a pair of glasses, When I came to pick up my glasses the prescription was wrong from my optometrist, which is no fault of Better Vision. Sherry at Better Vision looked at my old glasses and noticed that my astigmatism was different and told me to go see an optometrist to re-check my eyes. I went back and got a new prescription and they changed my lenses and frame free of charge. I may have never known I had a serious eye condition if Sherry didn't notice the vast change in my astigmatism.This has been one of the best customer experience in my life! I highly recommend Better Vision for your eye care needs! They take care of you like family!
