Pretty good car wash inside the parking lot (so it's not too cold). The only catch is you have to pay for parking - $3 minimum - so don't go to this car wash if you're not planning to park here too.But otherwise it's pretty good - $1 for 2 minutes - wash, rinse and foam bush options. Plus air for your wheels and vacuum - $1 for 4 minutes.

Unfortunately they don't allow free in and out privilege when using the car wash anymore. But it still makes sense to use this car wash because a rinse only costs a buck and it's inside, warm in winter and rarely busy.

It’s only a single stall but It’s great that it’s open for weirdos like me who are awake at 3:00 AM and figure that’s a great time to wash the car. The big problem is that the equipment takes coins only - no debit/credit - and there’s no change machine! I had to turn away because of that. They’re leaving money on the table, as the expression goes.

No change machine or vacuum. Bring your loonies and toonies Washing is fine .. You have to pay the parking fee and it is a creepy undergroundparking. As a woman I did not feel safe.

The car wash is extremely convenient if you are visiting the NAC. In the colder months it is absolutely fantastic, you can wash your vehicle then drive to a parking spot, you can then go see the performance at the NAC you wanted to see. When you are done doing what you needed to do your vehicle has had time to dry a little so you don't have to worry about it freezing when you are driving. I would recommend this car wash to anyone that is visiting the NAC or surrounding area. :)

Only one wash area, but there was no line when I went. Very basic, but gets the job done. Cost me $5, $3 to park and $2 to wash. Bring coins as there is no change machine.

Great value for self-service car wash. If you are fast enough you can even wash your car for $1.The equipment is not as great as some other self-service washes, but I wouldn’t complain for the price I paid.

I was looking for a place close to home where I could self service my car wash and this place is a hidden gem in the heart of Ottawa downtown. I went on a Sunday morning and there was no lineup. Basic equipment, but that is all I need - pressure wand with water/foamy soap and a soap brush. The signs do say one must pay for NAC parking, and there was no Attendant, all was automated, so anticipate that additional cost. In 30 mins I was in and out, $3 for parking and $1 for every 2 mins washing. Great option, will come again.

Awesome hidden gem, but requires some know-how. Enter the garage at any of the three entrances (Elgin St, Albert St, or next to the Canal), take the ticket, and then drive down and use the washer.On your way out, you MUST go to the exit with the attendant and tell them you've just used the car wash. If you've been there an hour or less, and you write your licence plate number on your ticket, they'll let you out without having to pay $3 for parking.

Good place to get your car cleaned up, but there is only one spot , and you have to pay $3 for parking plus the cost of the washing.
