Just picked up my trailer today, absolute pleasure dealing with the sales and service staff, mike and Jeff was great, showed us everything and answered every question we had. Gonna let all our trailer buddies know how great our experience was.

We visited CampMart Hamilton to look for a new RV for this summer since our last one is in terrible condition. The staff was very friendly and they went above and beyond to make us feel accomodating. Overall it was a great experience.

I don’t even know where to begin. I was firstly given paperwork for a credit check/credit approval. While I filled out the paperwork I checked back in with the salesperson to confirm that we hadn’t made any final decisions and just want to check our credit. The salesperson said yes yes don’t worry. We leave the property without purchasing a RV so it was very surprising when we received a phone call congratulating us on a RV a couple hours after we had left the property?!?! And then also seeing a loan taken out of our bank account for a large amount that was also firstly never mentioned. Dodging phone calls, not upholding promised response times then getting upset with me for constantly calling?! Wouldn’t anyone constantly call when a loan has been taken out without approval and a RV has literally been forced onto them with NO confirmation or approval of the sale itself.Absolutely awful experience, I’m currently still waiting for their legal department to get back to me, it’s been over 3 weeks and instead of connecting me to legal they have other salespeople call to continue trying to sell me on this RV. They refuse to cancel the contract even though it’s basic fraud.I’m posting this in hopes of help and/or guidance from anyone else who’s been through this or can assist me,Thank you.

Visited CampMart Hamilton recently to see about purchasing a pre-enjoyed trailer from their website. The sales person that I spoke with, Moe, was quite nice, he listened and seemed to understand what I was looking for. He explained that I would be better off with a new model, it would have a higher return on investment. I explained that I needed to go home to check to make sure that the numbers would work, and he understood. As a young widow with two children, I make sure that all of my decisions are the best decisions for my family. This is where it got weird. Moe’s supervisor came in, the office manager. He started asking a number of questions, why did I not want to purchase today. If the trailer was free, would I purchase it, or would I still walk away. Due to the harassing nature of the questions, I did walk away from CampMart. The next day I visited Ruston RV Centre, and purchased a new trailer worth twice what they were trying to sell me at CampMart. In a way, I am thankful that it didn’t work out at CampMart. I ended up with a much larger and better trailer, and I wasn’t pressured to make the decision.

We were looking for a good couples trailer and have driven by many times and stopped by to see what they have. Yesterday we finally purchased our Starcraft!There was no waiting for a sales person to assist. Austin showed us through quite a few mobile trailers and asked pertinent questions as to what we needed. He was extremely professional, easy going and mentioned they can work with our budget. We spoke to the financial department, specifically, Moe. He asked us a couple of questions and before we knew it we owned the trailer. Financing was very easy and painless. Bought a new trailer today from Moh and we are extremely happy. He went out of his way to ensure our experience was positive. We arrived very unhappy and disgruntled with Camp Mart but he made us whole and ensured our future camping will be filled with many years of fun and happiness. Thank you Moh I will definitely refer my friends and family to you in the future.

Jeff Bush took care of our warranty issues with no questions asked, down to earth guy who treats you like a real human and will go great lengths to make things right.When it comes to customer service he hits it dead on, I couldn’t be happier with how we were treated.Steve, the tech who fixed our issue even left us a nice note on the door to let us know it went well and that our cats enjoyed watching the repair lol

Impressive!!! If you are looking to buy a Trailer I hope you get to meet Jeff Bush. He’s the service manager and is absolutely amazing. He took the time to do a proper walk through our new trailer and showed us how to operate it with eaze. Even after delivery and weeks later he still took the time to answer any questions we had whenever we called. Bill and Gio at the Hamilton location helped me and my husband out when we were looking to buy a roof fan/vent for our van. Good advice, very knowledgeable and super friendly! The fan came in the day after we ordered it!

Brian did it again! After getting my girlfriend setup in her car he was able to get me approved for this beautiful car. He made the entire process extremely simple! As far as a used car dealer this is the best experience I’ve ever had!
