This dealership is absolutely amazing. The team , Will, Matieu, didier , liam are wonderful. I bought 2 Mercedes from them . After a week Ive got a oil leak in one of them. They fixed it with nocharge and also gave me a loaner car. They also price their car very decent. I am in process of buying another truck which I will buy from them too. There are lots out there with no customer service at all. Courtier Auto Laval will give you the best customer service for used luxury cars dealers . BIG THANK YOU TO THE TEAM .

I was referred to Will back in July but explained to Will that I wasn't ready. Will would call me from time to time without being the least bit pushy about it. I told Will what I was looking for and he found me a great car. He also helped me a great deal when I put my current car for sale and establishing a selling price. Will and his team are very good at making sure to handle all the small details like calling me a couple days later to see how I was liking the new car. He was very accommodating when I came in for a check up. When Will was busy with customers, George took very good care of me as well. The customer service provided by Will at Courtier Auto Laval was outstanding. I was searching for cars locally in Vancouver and online, but nothing really caught my eye until I came across Will's ad on Autotrader. From the first email inquiry to the very end of the purchase, he was always available to answer any questions. I'm very comfortable with online shopping. However, this was the biggest purchase I ever made without first seeing the product and Will earned our trust from the start. I opted to hire a third-party inspector to perform a vehicle inspection prior to purchase and Will was very accommodating. In fact, the customer service was so good that even the inspector commented on how great it was. I also knew that buying from out of province meant that the vehicle needed time to be shipped across the country and Will kept us updated through its transit. The wait was well worth it and I am extremely happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend Will's dealership to anyone wishing to buy a vehicle and would not hesitate to make another purchase from him.

Toys R Us for Big Boys. These guys are world class. Service is impeccable. They won’t try and sell you just any car they sell you the car that you want. I went in looking at a Q5 and came out with an A6 after 2 very long test drives, by myself I might add, and I knew which car I wanted. He would have let me test more but I was set on that A6. OMG what a car. Set me up with a set of black mags too and, let’s just say these guys go out of their way to make you happy. Will and Liam are now in my contacts lol ;D***UPDATE***So I love this place so much that I traded that same Audi for a BMW 750i. Vroom vroom!! As I said Toys R Us for Big Boys. Will put a lot of work getting me in this car and I don't mean selling. I walked in for service, noticed the 750, test drove it and came back and told Will I WANT IT". Thanks bud once again."

A perfect experience with this company. I never met them in person, dealt with them online I purchased a car, with there help, to send to Africa Ivory Coast. They helped me find the exact car I wanted made sure it was in perfect condition. They did all the check ups and beyond to make sure that we found a quality car. I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Auto Laval. It's the first time I've purchased a car sight unseen, and from across the country none the less. The price and configuration was better than I could find locally.
