They responded to my initial inquiry promptly and the communication was clear and smooth. All went well as promised and smoothly , except for a minor miscommunication which was quickly resolved. Very happy with their service compared to my previous experience with movers in Brampton. Based on my own experience I can recommend them without any hesitation.

I have used Touchwood Movers twice for my moves. There service is great and the price is Reasonable.They were on time for both my moves and they handled the items very carefully. Great experience overall and will definitely recommend them.

Hired this company to do my moving. 5 Kids 2 trucks cost me $2100.00 not happy at all with the service. 1 truck arrived at 11am another 12 noon. Everything was packed ready to go except the beds. They took from 11 am to 1am. These guys work on an hourly payment so they wasted a lot of time because they want to work more hours. I had so much damages and my items was not placed where it should be, my garage has everything except for the beds. Reached out to Danish to whom I paid, there is nothing he can do but when I took them he stated they have insurance. Insurance do not cover anything. I also paid the guys $200.00 to dispose of the damage items. So disappointed. You are doing a business, please take responsible workers who respect other people values.

Decent movers, used them to move my 3 bedroom apartment and they provided 3 extra movers on the day of move due to the long distance between the elevator and where the truck was parked. I was expecting a hefty bill but they didn't change the flat price they gave us initially. Very happy and content with the services, would recommend for sure.

The move team was punctual, friendly, efficient and did a great job protecting the goods. Touchwood movers do the job well, have plenty experience, are extremely accommodating, and are at a good price point.

If you look at my post in history, you'll see I don't typically give anything but the best reviews. This past week I used these movers to move a king size bed and a couple of boxes. The amount of games these individuals have played both before, during and after the move is absolutely crazy! Just negotiating the contract was difficult but in the end we decided to go with them to keep it simple and now regret it. After arguing over the bill and then trying to inflate it by almost $200, they mustn't have paid the people that did the job. Now I have the people that physically did the job phoning and harassing me.Avoid these people at all cost unless you're really looking to get ripped off!To anyone from the better business bureau or anyone interested in following up on this business from the media. We have copies of the contract they provided. Along with the bill which contradicts their very own invoice. The business was conducted last Friday and we paid them Monday. Then they started harassing us by phone even though we paid them. Then today we started being harassed by their subcontractors. That did the move because they haven't been paid by them.Nothing but sketchy business. You can tell by the review! I am available to attend small claims court anytime if you think you're right. I'm more than welcome to accept that challenge in a court of law.

Touchwood guys are really serious about their business. When I asked for the quotation online, they promptly called next day and fixed an inspection visit. Again they came right on time to inspect and send the quotation on the same day. I was bit worried thinking anybody will respond promptly for the new business but once they get the deposit money what will happen as we have only one day when moving has to happen. However they called 4 hours before the agreed moving time to inform that they will be coming on time and I told them that we are ready if you guys can come sooner and they were there 2 hours early. The moving guys were really polite and super hardworking. They made our moving so easy.
