Not even do anything for the work, and I got charged $240. The guy came to the job for 2 mins, said he couldn't do it and left, then the bill came 2 months later for $240.

I had seen a few negative comments. in my experience working with them for 3 years, top notch. Maybe the others were just anomalies. I hope so, because I would certainly recommend these guys.

Overall worst plumbing company I've had the displeasure of working with. Journeymen are unskilled, lazy and spend majority of time on there phones. Apprentices of all levels are treated like labourers, not being given the opportunity to learn and grow in the trade. Says a lot when journeymen from this company have come to us, and it is our apprentices teaching them how to do things. Company talks the talk, can't walk the walk.

Terrible company. Not professional and does not provide breakdown of charges for each service. Gave one price and noted the different services. When I questioned their charges, they fought back with further breakdown of charges relating to their services. The additional charges were never mentioned nor asked. I have used other plumbing companies in the past that are professional and courteous and understanding = Not this company.They quoted me 4 hours of labour and billed me 4 hours even though their technician was in and out of my place in one hour and 10 min. They won’t budge on the pricing.My real rating is zero out of five stars
