My knife was like using a spoon to slice tomatoes!!! Despite honing which would last not more than one prep.Steven's chef knife sharpening skills are great. I had 2 chef Henckels sharpened and the results are excellent. Add me to your customer list. Well done.

Good communication.Fast service.Knives properly sharpened.I've used this service for my set and my mother-in-law's set and we are more than pleased with the results.Will be making regular visits in the future as we dull the knives.
