I was a regular customer of Mann meats, even recommended to all my known ones. But this guy they hired does not know anything about customer service, after waiting for an hour for my order, I politely told him to take care of it as this was the third time I ordered and they did not take care of it eventually i had to wait for an other hour. So i told him to take care for next time, but he showed me attitude and started arguing. Would never go to this place again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worse place to order take out. I ordered Chicken Lababdar along with other few items. Other things were ok but when we opened chicken it was bone-in chicken which was supposed to be boneless. I called and asked if your chicken lababdar is bone-in or boneless, they said it’s boneless and I referred to my order and asked why did you give me bone-in chicken. They answered they were out of boneless. At least mention to you customers what are you giving them. If you are out, care to tell so they can think about it or maybe change their order.It was not the only bad part, bones were crushed and we could feel in mouth. I have uploaded pictures to show broken not cut bones and bone crumbs in the dish. My son almost swallowed bone crumbs.

We drove all the way from Whyte Ave to try the food here and we're happy with everything! We ordered the butter chicken, lamb curry, garlic flat bread, and roti. Everything tasted bomb and authentic. Service was great too! It's a family run business and they took care of us. Would recommend!

This is a new shopping complex inside the Esso gas station on silverberry road. They sell fresh meat, marinated meat, Indian cuisine , pickled meat etc. Their pickled mutton is very delicious. I ordered for a goat Biriyani which was good and the quality as well as quantity was large. Their Indo Chinese food is truly delicious. The pricing at this restaurant is most competitive and quality of meat served in their dishes was of very good quality. Every thing is moderately priced. I would recommend this place. There is free parking space. Its visible and is on the 34 street and beginning of Silverberty road juncttion. The location is great. I would surely visit again. This review is about FRAZIERVIEW MEAT AND RESTUARANT . But I believe there is a change in the management or the restaurant itself as the present name of the restaurant is totally different from the previous name. The food I ordered yesterday was disappointing. The Lamb items were good but the chicken tasted horrible . The peri peri tasted like it was spoilt and the Tandoori chicken tikka Masala was so hard to bite . Lamb in the so called Biriyani" was well cooked but the rice Masala tasted raw and was surely not a Biriyani but raw Masala rice. I did order once before say a few weeks ago the food was okay at that time . This time it was a disappointment as it was not edible."

I Oder 2 naan from them when I came home and opened them I noticed that they gave me superstore naan. I don’t understand why they have the business open if they can’t provide us fresh food I mean I could have brought it from superstore if they were gonna gave me the superstore naan.

oredred 6 paneer burgers from Mann meats about 3 weeks ago, picked up the order and when we came home they were just aloo tikki burgers no paneer at all and we paid the paneer price. We called the resturant and lady over the phone was like bring them back and we can add paneer slice in the burgers and we were like seriously.... so we denied to go back to restaurant for that and also it was really cold outside. Then she offered discount if we order next time.So last week we oreded 4 paneer burgers again. we never got any discount. Also, after opening the burgers found very hard, chewy and old paneer in there. You can see the picture attached. Had to take it out from burger because it was not eatable.Aloo tikki burgers were tasty though.They really need to work on their customer service
