I found two baby squirrels in our bin and I gave them to raise them properly. I wrote an email to them the day before. I've got the response really soon! It was absolutely positive! Good to know that, you guys will take care of them! Thank you!

I wasn't sure if they would take a bat that I had rescued . I left an message on the answering machine . Cara called back immediately. I don't have a vehicle and a volunteer offered to pick it up and take it there. Very kind and wonderful people. I found out what kind of bat ..Big Brown.. and thanks to Bat World Sanctuary for the great advice to where to go!!Thank you for your awesome response and for your helping hand . ❤❤

I called about a Fox on our property last week who looked sick. I never heard back and ended up calling the LCHS who called me back within an hour.

Brett and his team are real pros. We had bats in the ceiling and exterior wall in our garage and laundry room. I got an education from Brett and his crew about humane bat removal. The crew was pleasant and professional. This was Customer Service satisfaction at its finest, and it came from the top down. Any service that we need for critter removal again, and I'll be calling these folks again. This, by the way, was my second experience with them. Both were effective, experienced, and courteous.

Big shout out to this place and the people who work there!!! We found a baby skunk on the road and it wasn't moving much. A neighbour had seen it walking late during the night but no one had seen the mother. Called a couple of places to see what could be done. Called Grimsby Urban Wildlife and spoke to Carol and she said bring him right in. They checked the skunk over and he was fine. They will care for it and set it free. They were great. They had a lot of small animals like squirrels and racoons. I'm so glad we found this place that cares!!

I pulled a carstruck squirrel out of 5 lanes of traffic on Thanksgiving, when there is no help for animals. Toronto animal places said they would euthanize because no vets are in until the next day". Un-freaking-acceptable. Luckily I heard about Urban Wildlife Care. They took in the squirrel and 24 hours later they had the squirrel in surgery and he did fine! Urban Wildlife Care deserves your support!"

We had a baby squirrel fall out of our tree, he was healthy and feisty but I didn’t know what the best way to respond was. They were very prompt in their response to my text message, and advised me to anchor Squirrely Davis Jr’s rescue box up in the tree safely away from dogs and cats. Within hours the mama squirrel came and took him back to the nest. Big win for squirrels and all thanks to great advice from Grimsby Urban Wildlife Care. Thanks guys!

The Wonderful staff work around the clock to care for the injured and orphaned wildlife brought to them. I know the baby squirrels I dropped off are in the best care possible. Thank you for all that you do!

11/10! A friend of mine has been volunteering here for just over year, and I asked if I could join her. There was a lot of orientation but was it worth it because there's a lot you need to know. Figuring out all the innerworkings of a Wildlife Shelter was amazing! I love working with the animals, it's a great new experience. I can also promise that we treat each new animal with as much care as we can give :3

Homeless baby squirrel found on ground eyes closed. It was taken by St Catharines Human Society and taken care of with Grimsby for two months and than brought back to where it was found in St. Catharines at a good time before cold weather. We at St Catharines are so happy to see baby squirrel able to be put back in trees and live around our trees as well, he’s very healthy.
