I visited this evening with a group of 6 friends and Shannon served us. The food was delicious, but what really made the night amazing was the incredible service that Shannon provided. She was bubbly, funny, and was always there to meet our needs (sometimes even before we knew we needed things). This was honestly the best restaurant experience I’ve had an a very long time, and I’ll definitely be back soon (especially if Shannon is working). Thanks again!

Very upsetting as I go to this location often. The server we had was completely ignoring us to start. We ordered the Thursday deal, we were ignored so much the service was absolutely terrible . We were pretty much ignored then entire time, the first salad was turning and the lettuce was brown. We got 2 breads in total. The server was so slow I decided to pick the desert that came with the meal . I then asked for another bread and she told me I would have to pay an extra 2 dollars for one. We got not even one water refill or anything. It took 2 hours to get our full meals and it was honestly just a horrible experience.

We went to this location June 20/23 looking forward to a nice dinner, as they seated us there was crumbs on the floor and crumbs and something sticky on the bench seats and table. We just walked out! Unfortunately if your dining room is dirty I can’t imagine your kitchen. Definitely a call to the health inspector is needed.

Table for 3Love Eastsides , dining here for Over 20 year !Service was extremely slow !Geographical Location is fantastic.No excuses for unhurried service only 20% Occupancy on a Sunday afternoon, guess , result of poor service.Staff seemed extremely annoyed with serving , we Felt uncomfortable.Waitress was not listening to our orders. Drink and food refills were DELIBERATELY ignored !All you can eat is FALSE ADVERTISING at this location.Carbs ain’t cheap ! 3 people bill, came to $100 for mostly Pasta and chicken

We just finished our first visit to this restaurant (our usual place had a/c problems). Everything came to the table piping hot and delicious. The best part, was our server Derek C. He was friendly, efficient and very attentive. We would highly recommend him. He made our visit fantastic.

We love East Side's but this last visit wasn't their best performance. We waited 35 minutes for our main course and, after a group of over 20 people arrived, the server seemed to be focused more on them than on us. The food was good though, so hopefully next time will be an improvement.

We had 2 dinners in and ordered 1 to go. We have a phenomenal waitress. Her name was Shannon. She was friendly, funny, and very likeable. She was also very quick with bread and drink refills.

Great service, great food the only bad thing was the salad seemed a bit old and soggy. No bacon in Caesar salad either. Other than that pasta was amazing. Bread was amazing.

I ordered a large canadian pizza for takeout. What I received wasn't a large. See the attached pictures... one is from a couple weeks ago, the other is from today. This is uncalled for considering I can get a party size at Pizza Nova for this price.
