The red hair old Chinese woman at the front desk was in very bad altitude, not professional at all. Worst lifelabs l have been to ever!

Don’t be fooled by all of the available appointments you see online at this location. There is virtually no lineup but the staff are completely rude and useless. This is likely the reason for availability- people are going to other Lifelab locations or Dynacare, where they get better service. They should close this place down or hire new staff. It’s obvious that the current team forgets that they are paid to work

Too bad I cannot choose minus 5 ! This Lifelab is a nightmare from receptionist to nurse. Receptionist is very rude. She kept yelling at me for no reason! I could have sued her if I chose too. The only reason I didn't is because I am too kind-hearted and chose to ignore and forgive. I guess she might have had a bad day. Then the male nurse is so poor skilled at drawing blood, first time he missed vein, second time, he poked the needle in so hard that I literally cried out of the huge pain! I will never visit this lab again and I advise you guys to do the same unless you enjoy going through mental and physical pain!!!

This location is not my preferred one, but it had the soonest appointment available. Appointments are mandatory and booked online. Note that even if you have one, you may need to wait a bit longer.COVID precautions are in place, and each person is screened before entering. The waiting room has approximately seven seats, all spaced out.I was quite concerned when the technologist called me to the front, gave me a bottle of liquid to drink, and asked me to wait one hour. My Naturopathic Doctor requested the bloodwork, which is not covered by OHIP (Ontario Health Plan), so I knew what tests were required. I told the technologist I was not aware of this, and she spoke with her colleague. There must have been a mix up, so it would be a good idea to look at your requisition. My health card was not required, but the technologist asked for my birthdate (make sure you confirm this). She was also was very gentle, and I was finished in just a few minutes.The parking lot is normally crowded, but during the pandemic, it is easy to find a spot. The bus stop is also very conveniently located just steps away from the front entrance.

Staff was nice.. however 2 times I was here to draw blood, I instantly felt sharp pain radiating down to my thumb and index finger once the needle was inserted up until the end of the procedure. I was very vocal about the pain as well but the person drawing blood did not acknowledge it and continued to draw the blood anyways. This was yesterday and I still feel the same sharp/tingly feeling every here and there throughout the day when I try to straighten and turn my elbow.

It is located in the basement inside the building. It is clean, the staffs are not friendly , but if there is not a long lineup I do not mind going there.The staffs were not that friendly. I went there for some tests, the lady told me the instructions, I asked again to reconfirm that was what she asked. She felt annoyed. She got a mask on I couldn't hear it clearly was normal. I was in a room not dressed, the staff opened the door. I was like what if someone passed by the room. I think the staff could be more sensitive and pay attention to this. Overall it was ok as long as the tests were done and reported properly.

I recently had my blood drawn at this location. Drawing blood from my veins has always been a challenge due to their difficulty, and it often leaves me feeling stressed. However, this time, I had the pleasure of meeting Jane, a remarkably professional, helpful, and caring individual. She skillfully completed the blood draw on the very first attempt. I am truly grateful for Jane's expertise and would like to express my sincere appreciation and thanks to her.

This is my go-to Lifelabs location. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. Every time I’ve come here whether I had an appointment or just walked in, I didn’t have to wait at all. This location is very well staffed unlike many other locations. It’s not the closest to where I live, but I still purposely make the drive here because I’ve never had a bad experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Front desk staff is not friendly. Exorbitant lineups. We had to go to another appointment and based off waiting time we asked if we can register and come back since we would be back within the wait time. Front staff said that is not convenient for us. We have work to do" in a rude tone. It is crazy. Operating on the avails of our tax money yet this is your attitude day to day? Be better."
