We used KKP for a last minute print job on a Friday afternoon. The service we were provided was excellent, staff were friendly and very helpful. They turned around our print job very quickly and had it waiting for when we got off the ferry (and waited for us as the ferry was running a bit behind). Drastic service decline over past 2 years. Proofing process is unacceptable and creative capacities offered are poor. You are expected to be an expert in print and paper products as well as design when ordering. Office seems exceptionally unorganized as different employees tell you different things. Turnaround times are quite protracted. Prices do tend to be fair.
