Working with Rhonda to buy a house was amazing! I felt continuously supported throughout the whole process, and I am very happy with the end result. I reached out to Rhonda back in September 2020, when I first moved to Saskatoon, and she was very accommodating to my needs from the first minute we met. She showed me the houses I was interested in, and some others I wasn't aware of in the same price range and style. After deciding that the time wasn't right to look for a house then, Rhonda patiently waited for me to get back in touch with her to restart the process. Then in March 2022, I reached out to her, and once again I felt like I was supported immediately. She guided me through what felt like a pretty tough market, and when I finally found the right house, she was incredibly efficient in doing what had to be done to secure it. Rhonda helped us purchase our very first home. As with many first home buyers, there were various things that we were not aware of and Rhonda patiently explained them to us. Rhonda was aware of our budget and not only explained what was included in the house but also explained what we might have to spend in future for the house. We were debating between two houses and Rhonda did not hesitate to show us the houses the second time and she did it in a really short notice. She was in touch with us all along the process (either through or email) and followed with us even after a month of our possession date. There were no questions unanswered.
