Worst customer service!!!,First I have to say that there are amazing things in there and even with the bad service I got there I still bought a beautiful gift!!As I was getting ready to pay,the owner/ lady at the front desk asked me about my methods of paying and I said debit card. (I am not from Canada so I do not have a debit card from Canada). I showed her my card and she tried to make so many excuses for why my card (Bank of America) won't work then she gave me a lecture on having the correct card / money when you go places.When I tried to explain to her that my card does work even though it is from America, she didn't want to use it. I asked her to try (because it worked at other shops) and then she went on complaining that it costs HER a lot of money if I use my card. (In a way I do understand it , but she was so rude about it)Finally she took the card and paid for it.BUT ...then she didn't want to give my card back to me because it didn't have a signature on it and I signed a receipt.She said she wasn't aloud to give me my card because it didn't prove that it was mine. I provided her my south African ID as it was all I had to show her the name on the card is the same as the name on my ID.I tried to keep calm but I did tell her that I feel that she is treating her customer wrong and that it feels that she don't want me to purchase anything. I also told her I don't understand why she is like it and she yelled at me Yeah you don't understand so you need to learn!"I still bought the gift and I hope it supports the artist !!"

Owner is very rude. This is also the only place in town that doesn’t have a hand sanitizer dispenser at the entrance during the pandemic.
