Hey. I’ve had some good experiences with matt and team. However this trip to the mechanic was not. I was taken. I’ve gotten something replaced when not needed. I know because the problem still exists. I found later the problem exists with the rattling squeaking exhaust system. I guess I was an easy target for that day I won’t be going there again.This is an update. Matt got back to me promptly. Many issues have been resolved. I appreciate Matt getting back to me about the issues I had. Going forward he’ll be my mechanic of choice.

Great service!I was honestly surprised at the low cost to have my truck repaired and inspected.Matt and his team were excellent to deal with.Matt communicated clearly and honestly.He called me to apologize for not being able to finish my truck repair in end time frame I was told due to part delivery and time constraints.He didn't want to rush to finish the job.Matt wanted the job done right the first time.Which I really respect.Thank you, Stony Plain Auto Repairs.

They rebuilt the front end of my 2015 dodge 2500 truck and recommended and installed axle u joints and ball joints that were far superior to the factory ones originally used . They did a fantastic job and my steering and handling was better than it was from new ! I have my other truck in getting other repairs done as I write this and I highly recommend them . They are my go to shop for sure .

I’ve taken my vehicle there a few times thought they were great and fair until recently I got a quote the other day for a water pump I would’ve taken it there but they were booking for a date I needed it done way before so I called around and two quotes from two different shops had a price of 400-430 dollars lower like that’s not even a little bit of money after you get your quote from them I recommend calling another couple places and I’m sure I’m not the only one they ripped off and tried ripping of again!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I had a coolant leak, took it elsewhere, they couldn't find it and still charged me. Then I was recommended to Stony Auto. I can't say enough about Matt and his team. Absolute awesome service and professionalism. Highly recommended!
