Great experience purchasing my bedroom set from Universal Furniture Store. The employees working at the store were very polite and gentle took great care of me and also made sure I got my delivery for the bedroom set on time. Also, the delivery guys assembled our bed for us. I feel very vulnerable shopping with U.F.M. Their prices, stock, and customer service are unbeatable. Must visit store!!!

Excellent product quality!Purchased whole house furniture, including beds, mattresses, pillows, rugs, sofa, dinning table and coffee table.I must say each item was delivered exactly how we booked it. Also, the level of customized sofa set, so good!On top of it, I was provided complimentary pillows and friendly staff to organize all items in the house.I must say the owner Harjis dealt with me and wife on a very personal and caring level. That guy came to even deliver the furniture just to show high end customer service.Product got delivered before the promise date.So far I have recommended these guys to 2 new people and they have felt the same.Amazing Amazing end to end customer journey, hats off!

I loved the furniture and it was reasonably priced plus good quality. Bought a modern dining set and turkish sofa set. Loved the furniture and very good customer service. Very nice support in delivering too. Very humble and nice salesperson. Will be getting more furniture in the furniture.
