V6B Design Group

One of my friend used the service from V6B 3 years ago. Until now she is still very happy with her kitchen. With her introduction, I came here to get advice to remodel my kitchen. I have got an excellent consultant about design, price and so on. Now, my kitchen is on the way…I can’t wait to the date it has been finished.

We had the pleasure of working with Earl to design our kitchen during our renovation. He provided excellent advice and guidance on our options for cabinetry, countertop and design. The cabinets and materials received were exactly as promised. We are very happy with our kitchen!

Review pending. Currently waiting for the completion of our high end kitchen that was due January 2018. (This initial statement was written 5 months ago and we had put 3 three stars at that time as it was the most neutral indication of service) ...................As of 31 August 2019 we are still waiting for the completion of the kitchen. Since the last statement we have been asked to jump through hoops while we wait. We have been given options for how to proceed and then after weeks told the there is a $20K+ extra expense for options that were not discussed to begin with. So we are waiting for them to complete the kitchen per the original contract signed in October 2017. Though yes it is typical and expected to write reviews when a project is actually completed, we think it important that people understand that the behaviour of a company should start to be reviewed from the time the contract and is signed and the deposit is paid. We had thought we had selected a great group to do business with but actions speak louder then words - we have an incomplete kitchen . The company owner claims that in 30 years and this is the ONLY negative review ever stated about them. That's quite a miracle if that is the case. The kitchen is the heart of the home and when the heart gets torn out, ripped to shreds and trampled on people do tend to give up. So that might explain why customers frequently don't write reviews. They generally get fed up rather spend energy writing reviews. Also if this was the only such complaint in 30 years, one would think a company (with such a stellar record) would be keen to fix it promptly and have the ability to do so. This renovation has been one error after another. A total nightmare. Since January 2018 we have been squatters in our own home, using the bathroom vanity sink as our kitchen sink and portable appliance as we have no oven, no stove etc. Nice life eh?

My kitchen was done by Earl and his team around 2 years now. I love the result and it still looks like brand new, and yeah, I cook almost everyday. Just recommend them to my aunt recently. Earl was super easy going and very helpful. Thanks guys !

Earl was a professional and delivered a high end product. The job was delivered on time and to a high quality. His team was courteous, professional and experts. We have used V6B three times over the past several years, for two kitchens and for an extensive bedroom storage system. On all occasions, we were offered functional and aesthetic designs, with many unique features to best meet the needs of our home. We were consulted at every stage of the design process to ensure complete satisfaction. Supplies arrived on time, as expected, and we were supported throughout the installation processes. Got my kitchen renew here. I got the hardware and cabinets door changed, also the sink and faucet. It was much faster than i expect and the kitchen looks brand new grayish blue like i wanted it to be, my concern before it might not be the right blue shade i wanted but hoohla yes ! It was dark wood before, even when it was not that old i was determined to go for the whole new kitchen which sure gonna hurt my wallet, but im glad i found out about the reface service which is much a better deal for me.

It is wired that one of reviewer has same family name of owner (Lawson)others are typical just to rise the Stars !!!Do not trust the show room at all it is a trap to fool you be very care full on contract or simply don't even try We have been screwed ,very sad that we spend our hard working money for such a trash not only that we have to live with bad experience.
