Except can't get the fiber op gigabit internet in Timmins through them

Please make sure that you let eastlink to fix our connection from the outside and to make sure it is fixed. If eastlink doesn't want to go fix their connection to those that have a problem, we may go somewhere else and you will lose those who pay for their internet. Please tell eastlink to fix it not matter the situation. I pray that they will be a loving people to fix the connection of the internet from outside or inside, Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

They share your personal information and there customer service is actually horrible.

Horrible customer service, rude and condescending. The internet itself is the worst and most unreliable I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Do not get their services, they will charge you 75$ upfront as well because they know you'll cancel within a week, well executed scam.

Very horrible service I would not recommend this isp, atleast if you live in the Iroquois falls area.

Nothing but problems with there phone and internet keeps going off and on

Amazing service, I've had it for approx 15 years and never had a single outage. The only reasons I've had to contact them, are for normal billing updates and such from my end.

Wifi connection or router thing stopped working. But since their motems are from Eastlink, Eastlink didnt want to come to the control room of my apartment building to fix the connection. We are in unprecedented time, and I am in university so I need wifi. But I am sure they will fix wifi for big businesses... anyways, I had to call Vianet at least 20 times and advocate for myself that I should stopped being charged for a wifi connection that is not even working. they have been charging me for 3 months. and they tried to say that my connection is not working because it is not being paid for! But I know for a fact that it is not working due to others circumstances that are not my own fault. Anyways, finally, a manager said I no longer have to pay my bills. However, I am still getting charged. So, I have to keep calling. The lack of humanity towards customer service is lacking for them as a company. Yes, I understand we have to work behind screens and walls, but there is definitely a lack of communication and advocacy for me. They put me through a 2 month depression.

It's an awesome service I've had it for almost two and a half years and never had a complaint
