Babs & Castles

Jordy did our wedding catering and Babs did our desserts. Countless people told us it was the best wedding food they'd ever had and we were left with barely any leftovers. We did the Moroccan Lamb Buffet and it was honestly incredible. We had an initial hiccup with our tasting and with some communication but in the end they pulled through and delivered an amazing experience at a very fair price. 100% recommend!

We hired Brita to make our wedding cake and cookie favors. Both were delicious and beautiful! She delivered to our venue and set it all up so we didn't have to worry about anything. Very easy to deal with and overall we had a great experience! We highly recommend using them and will be hiring them in the future to try out their catering.

We were very satisfied with our order of lasagna for a party for 20 guests between Christmas and New Years. We will definitely be contacting Jordy for future events. Happy New Year!

Booked Jordy as an in-home chef for a 60th birthday party for 8 people. 4 course meal. It tasted as amazing as his impeccable presentation would suggest. He was prompt and easy to communicate with.

Five stars because Brita’s service and communication was good. I ordered a cake for Mother’s Day. She was patient and made the cake exactly as requested. It tasted fresh and light.

AMAZING WORK! We ordered a custom cake for a baby shower, and were blown away by the quality of service, design, taste, and value from Babs!I initially provided an inspiration photo, and Brita was very helpful in developing the design to meet my needs. The end result was PHENOMENAL -- the design was so well executed that everyone was snapping photos of it!What's more, the moist texture of the cake and creamy soft flavour of buttercream were ON POINT. The top layer was vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream filling, and the bottom layer was pumpkin spice cake with caramel and cheesecake filling. All of the guests, many of whom drove up from the GTA, asked where I ordered the cake from, and I was proud to tell them that it was made locally. They were just as impressed with the talent as I was.I will definitely be ordering my future cakes from Babs & Castles!

My Mom ordered a cake and cupcakes for my baby shower and we couldn’t be happier. It was fresh and delicious and not overwhelmingly sweet. The cake itself was gorgeous too. Thanks for being part of my special day!

We can’t recommend Babs & Castles enough. We ordered our wedding cake from them and wow!! It was a huge hit with us and our guests. Brita was so easy to work with and made the cake beautiful as well as taste amazing. The venue said they’ve never seen guests eat so much of the wedding cake. Amazing gingerbread houses, cakes and other delectables. I custom order chocolates filled with marzipan and pistachio for a friend and they are the best hes ever had. **edited for a missing word*** had Brita of Babs and Castles make our wedding cake. It was amazing!!!
