Worst lawyer I have ever experienced. Shannon Smith is incompetent in completing simple legal matters. I paid a $2000 retainer to get a ‘motion to change’ with the court. A year and a half later I had to do it myself and settle the matters by self representing. To top it all off I received another $500 fee for supposed ‘services rendered’ for a total of $2500 to have absolutely nothing to show for hiring Shannon.Do not give your money to Shannon Smith.Find a different lawyer.
