Hours for the clinic when calling doesn't match what is displayed on Google Maps. Clinic phone hours are from 9-11am and 1-4pm. They need to update their hours.

The turn their phones off during the only times anyone actually has to call them. They also clearly take a 2 hour lunch because the phones are off from 11am-1pm with no answering machine.

Not impressed that I have to pay for a prescription that I never asked for because NP prescription not valid with my insurance company. Couldn’t make an appointment with Dr because he was unavailable and staff make it impossible to see an actual Doctor. This office doesn’t care about its patients

Poor service from the start. Was referred here by PhD that was reducing workload.Very difficult to contact by phone and unable to leave messages. When there was conflict with one of the health care providers and we wanted to make formal complaint, the office manager refused to provide the requested information, spoke over our concerns and dismissed us as patients in a time of crisis.Complete lack of professionalism and empathy from this clinic.Would not recommend.

Receptionist is very rude. To book appointment for needle diphtheria,pertussis,and tetanus next appointment avaible is 6 week. Receptionist was not helpful told me to call public health to setup appointment, because they sent the notification.
