The Happy Eats

I've been a sporadic customer over the last couple of years and they never fail me. I have done meal preps through many health bars (won't name them here but very popular ones) and I can say hands down, Happy Eats has the best tasting meals and has the most variety of them all. Plus they are the only ones willing to be super flexible on the weekly amounts. They helped with any macros I gave them! 5 stars for these guys for sure.

Great Food and On-time Delivery to my door!

Words will never do my experience with The Happy Eats justice. I'm an incredibly busy person and food is often something that gets left on the back burner. The lovely ladies at THE did wonders for my mental health by not only allowing me to take care of myself, but really catering my meals to the very specific lifestyle/diet that I eat. As a woman diagnosed with PCOS, diet control is EVERYTHING -- from gluten free, dairy free, anti-inflammatory, you name it! The Happy Eats made me meals that tasted good and were good for me & my body, but also meals I could trust to nourish my body, not punish it. Every meal was a fun, creative one, which shows how willing the business owners are about pushing the boundaries of traditional meal-prepping. The multiple drop-offs and delivery throughout the week is definitely a plus for me as a consumer. I get fresh food all the time!

Excellent customer service from the get go. Delicious, fresh meals. Love that their nutritional consultant makes sure all their meals are portion controlled and nutritional info is provided for each meal. Reached out to them before ordering to ensure that their meals were safe for Celiac. Most of their meals are naturally gluten free but they reassured me they were able to modify so that all the meals I received were GF, which I appreciate. Would definitely recommend! Easy, tasty, nutritious and convenient.

The food. OMG. So good! Could eat the jerk chicken everyday! And the best part? So affordable!

Happy Eats is the best meal service I’ve ever had: the food is fresh, excellent quality & are generous portions. The meals are excellent value as well, compared to other meal services. It’s super easy to order, get delivered & the company is fantastic to deal with! They can adjust the meals to suit any diet, or macros breakdown, food allergies & preferences. I was blown away by the meals I received from Happy Eats! Amazing quality with a wide range of options. Easily considered as my favourite option for a home cooked meal when in a pinch with work and too busy to cook for myself. I will be recommending them to my friends and coworkers who I know will find the food to be of the same quality and deliciousness.
