Everyone knows a wedding can be very stressful... especially the day of your wedding. If it wasn't for Rob and Grace at Privately Yours I think my day would have just been a mess! First off, it was difficult planning the logistics on getting family and friends to the wedding. Grace was so helpful in being able to accommodate us every time we needed to make changes. Secondly, my husband and I made promises to each other that no matter what, WE WOULD BE ON TIME. I told Rob this promise and although members of my crew were running behind he made sure to keep me calm and get to the church ten minutes earlier. Rob also planned ahead of time to avoid traffic and construction and was so professional and courteous. He had my family and friends laughing and having a great time. It was a fantastic way to start the day's celebrations and I am ever so grateful that we chose Privately Yours.

Excellent limo service! Rob & Grace were great to deal with! Rob was our limo driver & was super sweet & we really appreciated having our wedding day run so smoothly!

Absolute TERRIBLE limo company! Very unprofessional and ignorant family business!!!!! If you wanna stress over your wedding limo service go with privately yours! I decided to go with this company I year prior to my wedding. I was given a quote at that time and also got an ok for late night pick up. 2 weeks before my wedding To confirm (because it was impossible to get s hold of Rob and when I did he would hang up on me on several occasions ) his wife grace denied everything!!! The price,and the late night pick up! Finally after agreeing on a late night pick up and considering my wedding was only 2 weeks away I had no choice but to pay the additional price. She didn't apologize nor did she accommodate us! What business changes there contract?!?! If I could I would have gone with another company but no one was available and the wedding was a few weeks away. ..And that's not even the best part!!! the day of the wedding we did not have the bus that we requested we were told that a red carpet would also be included and did not get that either! We came to realize and were told on my wedding that the limo was from another company since privately yours limo bus was already taken!!! I booked this limo over 1 year in advance! Just goes to show how unorganized and miscommunication between grace and rob! They did not even have my contract since grace did not know that we booked with her husband a year ago!Plain rude, inconsiderate people I have ever met!!! Grace did not even tell me about the bus change when I spoke to her 4 days before my wedding!!! DO NOT GO WITH THEM!!!!!!!

It's so amazing

I had my Quinceañera back in 2015 and my parents booked a limo with Rob & Grace for the day. The limo was so clean, Rob was so kind and helpful, he was also very patient and professional. It was not hard to book with them at all and we ended up booking my sisters Quinceañera in 2017 she had a great time as well. I would have not gone with anyone else and I would recommend this service to everyone else!

Terrible limo service. They seem to want to just take your money & run with it. We got married in September 2018 k it was on a recommended vendor by our banquet hall, the guild inn. We gave a $500 deposit & we took a tour of their limos. When i asked for a receipt copy i had so much difficulty getting in touch with them. Finally his wife calls and claimed that her mother had cancer & that’s why he was unresponsive. While i feel sympathetic he could’ve replied himself in between that time. Also it shows how extremely unprofessional they are. We ended up going with A Celebrity Limousine instead. We may had lost $500 with Privately Yours but at least we managed to get way better service with them & the driver was very friendly.
