I bought my Toyota Tundra from VW Chilliwack in September. Today, I took it back for servicing. Always exceptional service, thank-you, William for your pleasant demeanour.I will definitely return for any service needs.

I came here to sell my car and was very pleasantly surprised that they didn't try to sell me a Volkswagen and happily accepted my car. The whole process was easy and hassle-free. Phil, the sales associate that handled the process, was wonderful. I recommend looking for him if you need any car.

I had what turned into a wonderful experience dealing with Phil S. and all the technicians at Chilliwack Volkswagen. My car had suddenly reached a terminal state, and everybody there went far beyond any expectations I had to get me into a fabulous, new-to-me Audi in mint condition! They truly transformed a very bad day into one that left me intensely happy and satisfied. Fabulous service, and deep respect!!!

Had a great easy experience at Chilliwack Volkswagen. Bought a used vehicle and Fortune was great. Very up front and took the time to talk and explain everything we asked. The sales manager at first Melissa was easy to deal with and helpful. Another sales manager Braden was super helpful and extremely understanding, dealing with any questions and concerns we had while and after purchasing the vehicle. 10/10 would recommend dealing with this dealership. What a nightmare dealing with this dealership. I bought a used truck from them and a week after driving it check engine lights and rattling noises start happening and when that happens their customer service was nonexistent. You would think management would step up but they would rather avoid confrontation and send their service people to negotiate, trying to make me pay for their labour while it was my time they wasted. If they did a proper vehicle inspection in the first place, this could’ve been avoided. They took my truck in for repairs and fixed nothing, I now have an appointment at another dealership. The salesman are as knowledgeable as a pool noodle. Management are as complacent as you can get. The mechanics from my experience didn’t ‘mechanic’ a single thing. The only help was service and finance who I felt had any real human emotion and concern. I don’t expect a used vehicle to be flawless but reliable driving it off the lot, yes. And hold yourselves accountable for the vehicles you sell. Smh

VW chilliwack always exceeds my expectations always. They go above and beyond with every visit! On my recent maintenance visit they were diligent and explained everything to me step by step so there is no surprises & gave me a discount on my service without asking. First class service from A-Z. I went to a few different dealerships to find the right car and options. Phil at Volkswagen Chilliwack was by far the best salesmen I dealt with. He was very patient, honest and not pushy. I left with a vehicle that I am very happy with and experiences great service. Overall a great experience and couldn’t recommend Phil enough for your next vehicle purchase.
