So glad to find an auto service shop that knows what they are doing and as well providing friendly and honest service. I have wasted much money and time with my dealer who didn't know what they were doing as I have had a problem for over a year - the dealer has spent countless hours, tries and retries and lying to me. Recently went to Speedy after I had some major exhaust problems with my 2008 VW rabbit, and I am so glad that I did! The owner, Carl is a super nice and honest guy. I had originally received a quote of $2500 from another shop to fix it and I was considering just selling the car but Carl was able to fabricate a part in his shop and do the whole job for $900. He went out of his way to figure out the most cost effective way to do the fix. I was so impressed! We will definitely be back again!!

Wow - excellent customer service here! I’m from out of town and was experiencing some car trouble (oil leak) on my 4 hour drive home. Even though I wasn’t able to wait an hour (completely understandable that they would be busy on a Saturday during tire changing season) for them to check my car to see where the leak was coming from, a very kind staff member checked my oil level for me and topped up my oil since it was quite low, to make sure it would be safe to drive the car to a garage that was able to look at my car right away. When I asked if I could pay for the oil top up, I was told, “No, just get to where you’re going safely.” Talk about going above and beyond, highly recommend this place!
