Absolutely incredible service as always by Zerodrytime Newcastle. They are just fantastic, super professional, utterly incredible at their jobs, good value and super lovely to work with. Josh is so so brilliant and provides such great advice. They even came out and fixed a marker stain on my sofa free of charge with no appointment before my full sofa clean. Tommy was on time, professional and respectful. He was friendly and hard working, he’s done a fantastic job of making our sofa look brand new. I was really impressed by the difference it’s made and the time it has saved us weekly of trying to get rid of all the buildup of dog hair! I had two leather sofas cleaned and restored and two carpets cleaned. From the initial quote to scheduling the appointment and carrying out the work, everyone was incredibly helpful and professional, and the finished job looks great - the sofas are like new and the carpets smell and look lovely, and it's all ready sit/walk on as soon as they finished. Highly recommended.

We had just moved house and the carpets were filthy and there was a strong soggy dog odour. Tommy cleaned all our carpets and they were so clean and fresh, plus the unpleasant smells had gone - even my cat has settled on them! Thank you so much!! Will certainly use again and recommend to my friends

We had our leather sofa and chair cleaned and I’m really pleased with the results they look like new. They really took care in their work and the price was very fair. We’ve previously used for carpets too and they did a great job.

I had my sofas cleaned and restored today by 2 of the nicest guys. Very professional friendly and great at their job. My sofas look like new again, I'm super super happy. Great job , very courteous and even hoovered up after. Great price and worth every penny. I was nervous, as my sofas were expensive, but honestly I can't rate them highly enough. Would not hesitate to recommend them . Front start to finish, speaking to Emma in the office to the josh coming out to assess to, josh and josh, both coming out to do the clean, couldn't fault the service. 10/10
