Took my daughter on Friday to have her hair cut and we left the salon so happy! Sue was so patient and nice to my daughter. She has a great way of communicating with kids and understanding what they have in mind.We will definitely be back!

The quality of hair cuts are high with friendly hair dressers. The option of online booking or walking in adds to the flexibility of dealing with them. Very good place

Have been going to Great Clips for years, and this is my 3rd location. Overall a great experience and haircut depends on the individual doing the hair and what you like. So far didn't have any bad experience and I try to stick to one individual that I prefer. The gift cards have become very expensive over the years and are a lot closer to actual price so I don't see a huge benefit buying them but they still save a few bucks if you intend to their often. Current price $18.99 for one haircut as opposed to $25 regular price. Buy they're not always available so need to keep checking.Edit: I got the haircut from a different person today because Harb wasn't working and wanted to take advantage of the $11.99 special. Not happy with the cut I got although he seemed to have tried doing it right but not satisfactory. Am glad it wasn't the regular $25 + HST + tip for the haircut I got. Harb does a great job.

Very happy I found this place - barbers are very welcoming and skilled at the type of cut I desired.

I went to this location with my 10 year old son who has autism. Jonathan took EXCELLENT care of him and made him very confortable. Jonny was very patient and taking his time whenever my son was not feeling right. I will come back to this location just for the great service received today. Keep it up Jonny!

Used on line app…Arrived on time as per app…they could find my name initially…had to spell it out 3 times…names not on monitor..hen arrived 2 people signing on no reservation…was told 10 minutes….20 later they took second person…I left and won’t go back

It was my first time here. Anjali was the one who gave me a nice haircut. She is very much skilled and knowledgeable about what would look good on someone. Her speed and experience is remarkable. I had voucher of hair cut in $19 which is rather cheaper from where I used to get my haircut. Also, at the check out they gave me another voucher for the next visit.The only sad part was that I like number 0 trimmer on the sides and back but theirs start from 1 so if you are looking for number 0 style, they will not be able to do it.Enjoy!

Very nice place, Sue was amazing! Very kind and asked me before going forward with any steps. Older lady working there was unnecessarily shouting at me when I mistook someone else’s coupon as a promotion I thought they had going on. Even my 6 year old sister with me asked me after we left, “why was that old lady being so rude to you”. Please train some of your staff on how to communicate with customers more politely!Other than that, Sue really made the visit more pleasant so at least one person there knows how to be kind.

I went in no appointment for a trim of my split ends and got in and out fairly quick. I asked for just the split ends to be trimmed off. The woman showed me about 3 1/2 of hair as the amount she was going to cut off. I didn't take a look until I got home... She cut off over a foot of hair!!!! More than 4 year of growth gone!!!!! I was so upset I cried for an hour. I'll never go back."

Lulie is new to the salon but she is a great hairdresser. She cut my hair to my satisfaction and I am pleased. I will go to Great Clips again for her to cut my hair.
