I bought a second hand boat and they told me that it works great and there is no problem with it, I bought the boat and one day I decided to put it in the water and didn’t want to start, I took it to check what was wrong with it and the boat technician found problems with all the boat and the trailer, it costed me $5,600.00 to fix the boat and the trailer to to be able to ride it and the boat technician said that i will have to bring it again to change more parts and could be looking at another $3000.00 easily. Plus none of the light, radio, speedometer, fuel gage or dept finder are working. I trusted Hebert since they have a store and thought they were honest and once I found those problem I called them and the guy who sold me the boat didn’t want to help he was very childish and started mocking me on the phone and saying it is your boat now and you have to deal with it.I explained to the owner of the boat that I bought the boat on the intention that it had no issue like he mentioned to me before I bought the boat and he said yes there is nothing with the boat and refused to do anything to help fixing the boat. He denied that I bought the boat from the store and I have pictures of the boat with the sale sign in his store in Main Street in Shediac.I am talking about Hebert and not the other good people with boats beside him.... after posting my ad, the owner answering me denying that Boat was in his store, when I have pictures of the boat right in the store with the yellow lawn tractors in the store, the red building and Main Street in Shediac, and I bought the boat in August 2018 so less then 2 years ago that means that this guy who is answering my ad seem to be the owner at that time.Also this owner is talking about other 2 dog ads instead of focusing on his store problem, and saying all ads are negative to insult me by saying I only write negative reviews, if the owner can read good then he will notice that the dog ad in Ontario was positive but this guys seem to have some reading and comprehension problems, he is trying to deter the problem to something else by twisting stories and lying... what a good resolving skills... your customers won’t trust you this way and you need to learn on how to be honest.For what I understand from all this scenario now is that the boat was in your store but someone else sold it and his last name is Hebert, little tricky, I have the signed sale copy and the pictures and everything saved, so If the boat was in your store and someone else sold it then don’t lie to me by saying this boat was never in your store, you are responsible for everything that sells in your store. I also never took this boat to your mechanics, I took it to another garage. It is not good when you lie for someone else just to sell a toy.I was thinking of deleting the ad on the impression that it was a miss understanding or a mistake that someone else was selling the boat in your store but when I see you making lies for someone else by saying this boat was never in your store and making another lie about my other ads, it tells me that you know about this boat and your are trying to cover your problems with lies. Very odd.

I've purchased a snowblower and zero turn from them. In the past 2 years. I'll admit that I've had quite a bit of problems with the blower, but they've been very reasonable and quick to fix it. They have been great to deal with. I'll say that Im dissapointed with the blower (we'll chalk it up to bad luck) but the mower works flawlessly and their client service is top notch so I will still give 5 stars.

Terrible service. Called at 830am and was placed on hold immediately for more than 4 mins. I then hung up waited a couple mins and called back, immediately placed on hold again. Waited another few minutes and hung up. Called back at 1:00 pm and requested the service dept. The rude person on the other end asked me what do you want?" I told him I was looking for a tune-up on my outboard

Thank you to the team at Hebert Marine - I was given an estimate for my mower to be serviced and it was returned to me earlier than estimated and also cost less than the estimate I was given. Great service and great value.

I purchased my cub cadet law tractor in July of 18 as the lawn to mow takes 8+ hours doing it by push mower. I got the oil and oil filter to put in new oil for this year. They were able to provide me with the recommended oil and oil filter. They also have a pick up and service option which is priced at a good rate. If you are looking for a new lawn tractor, try out Hebert Marine :)

i bought my snow blower from George 3 winters ago, had it serviced there, and all i can say is that these guys are 100% top notch.I am not mechanically inclined , but he took his time explaining everything to me, and anytime i have questions, they are more than willing to help out.Good old fashion customer service.

The best way to describe my complaint is more of poor customer service and deceat. It starts out at herbert marine and prop repair in shediac nb 579 main Street. Right from the start the person who was dealing with was bert who said he was the accountant. For the company and that his manager wanted the set price. He could deliver no problem. Bert told me that is has been served and nothing else needed to be done. Reason is I said to bert I am on a fixed income and that I was a senior. Next day bert delivered my product in the time he said before I paid him I ask if this tractor could do what I showed him I needed to do. He said no problem he showed me that the forward and reverse pedal stuck a little bit but wouldn't effect the performance. So I went ahead and cut my lawn much to my surprise I had a challenge doing what grass I had to do. Having the tractor three hours I called bert told him I was not happy could I return it he would talk to his manager. See what could be done due to my circumstances about half in hour he called back and told me to put chains on it. Or charge me 160 $ to pick it up. I called him the next day said its mine the tractor and was not taking it back and hung up very professional treating disabled seniors. After doing some research Bert Cry is the owner. Not just the accounted all I wanted was my money back I even said I would deliver it still wanted 80$. After I read some of the reviews it doesn't surprise me how I was treated. Furthermore Hubert told me nothing needed to be done to the lawnmower everything was service new drive belt spark pugs blades sharpened oil change . As soon as I started cutting my grass it had a week power going forward and reverse. There was a rough idel once I got it warm I started to work on it the best I could do on a fixed income as I addressed my situation to bert. I replaced the plug and cleaned the carb which was supposed to be replaced. The drive belt had a crack in it I replaced that missing trans spring . Thank you again for your honesty Bert also you made a comment that when I called you several times and screaming yes I did call several times because I could not get a hold of you and screaming I am adult not a child I do not scream because that wouldn't get anything resolved .

I left my snowblower there for 2 weeks and asked them to complete 3 task .repair my drive cable ( that - had to chase for 2 days for them). Second was to get a maintenance completed and repair my shoot cable . They completed the drive cable only and charged me over 100 bucks. Not impressed with the service at all.
